New Features​

  • Step registration refactor: step registration was restructured to follow the same visual and structural pattern as My Organization.

  • Logs/history implementation: logs created for Units, Suppliers and Contacts, allowing traceability of changes made.

Improvements​

  • New static image display form field: added field type that allows displaying an image with name or description, no input required, helping visual orientation during the process.

  • Option to hide Product and SKU status: added settings to allow administrators to hide Product and SKU status display as needed.

  • Adjustment to “Only one” approval cycle logic: after the first opinion, status is automatically updated for the remaining users in the cycle, indicating that approval has already been completed.

  • Approval cycle indicators: added metrics related to approval cycles, such as time per cycle, time per approver and number of cycles performed, plus the ability to filter by approval type.

Corrections​

  • “Block Approve if notes exist” rule not applied: fixed bug that allowed approval of files with pending notes.

  • Incorrect display of approver tags in batch creation: adjusted approver count calculation, excluding watcher users.

  • Change note comments unavailable: restored reply/comment functionality for notes made during approval.
