What is LinkFlow?
LinkFlow is a platform developed for process management and automation, focused on artwork control, approval workflows, and integration between departments. The tool centralizes information, provides traceability, and helps increase productivity for marketing, regulatory, and packaging teams.
How do I access LinkFlow?

What is the difference between a user and a contact?
- User: A person with system login credentials, able to view, approve, or edit information according to assigned permissions. Examples: manager, operator, technical analyst.
- Contact: A person or entity registered only for communication purposes, without direct access to the platform. Examples: client, supplier, external approver.
Contacts can be included in approval workflows even if they are not active users.
Does LinkFlow offer technical support?
