This guide will provide instructions on the tools and functions to facilitate the viewing and interaction with documents in LinkFlow Systems.

Instructions​

1. First Block​



  1. Apply zoom in and out.

  1. Fit the file to the screen.

  1. Rotate the file left and right.

  1. Mirror the file.

2. Second Block​

  • Apply zoom to a specific area.
  • Move the file with the applied zoom.
  • Add notes in correction locations.
  • Color inspection in a specific area.
  • Ruler.
  • Barcode and QR code reader.

3. Types of Notes​

  • Note at a specific point.
  • Note in rectangular selection.
  • Note in oval selection.
  • Note with free selection.

4. Left Toolbar​

  • Navigate between the pages of the file.
  • View the notes added to the file.
  • Color separation of the file.
