How to Open a Support Ticket
To open a ticket in the LinkFlow Systems Service Desk environment, follow the steps below:
Instructions
1. Access the Support Portal
- Navigate to the Linkflow Service Desk
2. Choose the Desired Option
On the portal, you will see three ticket options:
General Questions
- Choose this option if you have questions about using the system.
Report a Bug
- Select this option to report a problem or error you encountered in the system.
Technical Support
- Use this option if you need help with usage, configuration, or troubleshooting.

3. Fill Out the Ticket Form
Open this request on behalf of?*
- Enter your email address.
What is your question?*
- In the corresponding field, enter your question or a brief description of the problem.
Provide as much information about the question as possible*
- In the description field, provide all relevant details about your question or issue. The more information you provide, the quicker our team can assist you.

4. Submit the Ticket
- After filling in all the required fields, click "Submit" to register your ticket.
