How to access shared files in the Brands module

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to access files shared by the organization in the Brands module of LinkFlow Sistemas.

📌 Target audience: Suppliers who have access to the Brands module.

Interactive Guide​

1. Access the system​

2. Access the Brands module​

  • In the left sidebar menu, click on Brands

3. Select the Brand, Product or SKU​

  • The list of available brands will be displayed.
  • Click the desired brand or use the top tabs to access directly:
    • Products
    • SKUs

4. Find the desired item​

  • Use the search bar or filters to locate the desired item.
  • Click on the SKU to access details.

5. Access shared files​

  • Inside the SKU, go to the Shared tab.
  • Click the folder provided by the organization.

6. Interact with the files​

  • When you access the folder, you can:
    • View the available files
    • Download the files
    • Upload new files, depending on permissions
    • Notify the organization, if needed

💡 Notification to the Organization

  • If you need to notify the organization, click the Notify option
  • Write your message and then click Send
