How to send an approval [Via authentication]

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help the supplier send artwork files through the authenticated platform in LinkFlow Sistemas.

Instructions

1. Access the Platform

  • Access the LinkFlow Sistemas platform at https://app.linkflow.com.br.
  • Log in with your email and password.
  • After login, you will be automatically directed to the Dashboard.

2. View Requests

  • In the Dashboard, find the Approvals waiting to be sent panel.
  • There you can view pending requests and access the most recent ones.
  • You can also go directly to the Approvals menu.

3. Find the Request

  • In the Approvals menu, go to the Sent tab.
  • Use the search field to locate the desired request.
  • You can also filter by Status. In this case, select the Waiting for sending status to find pending items more easily.
  • After finding it, click the request to open details.

4. Send the Artwork

  • Inside the request, click the Send file button.
  • In the upload field, select or drag the file in PDF or JPEG format for the requested artwork.

5. Fill in Observations

In the observations field, enter any additional comments or notes.


6. Attach Additional Files

  • If needed, click Attach extra files to include supporting documents.
  • Then click Send.
  • The artwork will be forwarded for review and approval.

💡 Important: The responsible person listed will be notified by email whenever the artwork is approved or rejected.
