1. Choose how to open the ticketβ
LinkFlow provides different ways to open tickets:
π Via platformβ
- Access the LinkFlow platform at https://app.linkflow.com.br.
- Click on Technical Support.
π Via direct linkβ
- Access the support portal directly at:
- Access LinkFlow Service Desk
π Via emailβ
- Send your request to suporte@linkflow-br.atlassian.net
- The ticket will be automatically registered in the support portal.
2. Choose the request typeβ
When accessing the portal, select the desired service type:

Report a bug
Use this for errors or unexpected behaviors in the platform. -

3. Fill the formβ
